Compensation Plans
Perhaps due to
the size of your company, offering all employees benefits is not
feasible. Executive Deferred Compensation Plans allows your company
to defer for your key employees on a tax-favored basis. This tailored
program is similar to pension plans, however, the IRS does not qualify
this plan. There is no testing, and it allows you to discriminate
by validating only chosen individuals. Your key employees retirement
and other monetary goals will be taken care of.
